Before your book can be published, it must be converted into a digital format that can be fed into various publishing systems. That’s where we come in.
We take your raw material, ideally in an electronic format such as Microsoft Word, and convert it into a professionally laid out digital file. This file can be in one or more of a variety of digital formats.
The format(s) chosen will depend on whether you wish to deliver the book solely online and/or whether you wish to have it physically printed.
For example, if Kindle only, we will be careful to work to established eBook formatting guidelines. For print, we’ll take care to add margins, fold lines, etc. that are necessary for a physical book.

From Manuscripts into Professionally Formatted Books
The conversion process includes editing and proofreading the text. Even with spell checkers, mistakes nearly always creep into manuscripts and our professional proofreaders will hunt them down and fix them. This human element can help take your book to the next level of quality.
Next, we perfect the visual elements of the book. We work with professional illustrators to finalise or originate any necessary illustrations and cover designs.
If you already have finished illustrations made by yourself or another artist and want them to remain unchanged, we will incorporate them unmodified into the finished book. However, we’ll work with you on how these illustrations are laid out in the book for the best reader experience.
Our aim is simple. To take your original manuscript from paper or MS Word, through to a professionally laid out digital file, suitably formatted for print or online delivery.
If required, we can then propel your book towards publication by submitting it to Amazon and other digital publishing platforms. Once we get it through this process, readers will be able to buy it online, just like any other book.
